This Privacy Policy describes how Melt Run (the "app"), released by CHODBUD SP Z O O, processes information. It is applicable solely to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Melt Run neither gathers, stores nor transmits personal data to CHODBUD SP Z O O or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts, contains no analytics, and does not incorporate third‑party crash reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and includes no advertising SDKs or external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, lease, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature demands them, and any information involved is handled locally on your device.

Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app remains on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data via Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services. Google Play and Android operate under their respective privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not aimed at children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not intentionally collect information from children. In jurisdictions where the legal age for digital consent exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact omotavacah13@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information, and you may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because no data is collected, erasing it simply requires uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use your message solely to provide a reply.
Security
Your information remains on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. As no system can guarantee absolute security, we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
Should this policy be updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
